Liz Peterson is a Chicago-based creative, photographer, and adventurer.

My favorite part of being a photographer is capturing a moment that evokes a feeling. It's a very rewarding job for me. I love to work with natural light and have a strong eye for detail.

I am available for portrait sessions (in studio or on-location), lifestyle and product photography. I am also open to collaborations with local artists and opportunities with non-profit organizations.

I am currently a digital media contributor for Flashstock Toronto and a freelance brand photographer with Shutterstock Chicago.

My photography has been published in Esquire, Vice Magazine, Thrillist, Consequence of Sound, Eater Chicago, Chicago Tribune, Time Out Chicago, Chicago Magazine, Comme au Cinéma, FOX 32 Chicago, Postkolik!, Mental Floss, Mondo Fox, Nightmare on Film Street, The Takeout, Urbandaddy, UrbanMatter, Villa Schweppes, ABC 7 News, WGN Morning News, 93XRT, Where Traveler, WCIU Chicago, and Red Eye Chicago.

I have a degree in Business from University of Illinois at Chicago and studied acting & improvisation at the Second City Training Center, Green Room Studio, and Acting Studio Chicago.
